We specialize in the restoration, repair and service of luxury timepieces. With more than 55 years of experience, we have been repairing/restoring luxury watches for jewelry stores and watch collectors from all around the world.

There are two ways to submit a request. You can complete the online form using your phone or computer and submit your request using the "Online Form" button below. We will send a confirmation email with all the details and instructions to securely send your watch to us.

Our current turnaround time for a regular service is 2-6 weeks depending of the type of service and parts availability (if needed) for your watch.
Expedited service is available upon request for an additional fee and turnaround time for that would be 7-10 business days. Please let us know in advance if you need assistance requesting expedited service.

We offer free return shipping for approved jobs. Our free shipping is via USPS and ships from Lehi, Utah, which means it reaches most of the US within 2 business days and internationally 2-7 days.
If you need your watch sonner, you can upgrade your shipping (Overnight for US or Priority for International) when we’re done working on your watch.

All internal repair work is guaranteed for two (2) years. Any damage to the watch resulting from normal or extreme use is not covered under the warranty.

Yes, you are under no obligation to use our repair services. If you decide to decline a repair, we will return your watch in the condition it was received. You will be asked to pay for return shipping when you send in your watch.
When you receive your watch repair estimate via email, a link will be provided which will let you check your repair status through our portal.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Venmo, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Tron, and Solana payments
Once your watch arrives at our facility, we take inbound pictures and it undergoes a point-by-point, detailed inspection by our master watchmaker who creates an estimate for the cost and time required to complete your repair.
This estimate is passed along to support specialists who will reach out to you with an itemized quote via email. It typically takes between 2-7 days from the time we receive a watch to the time you receive your estimate.
